Permoseal on top of their game with Kaap Agri

At a recent awards ceremony held in Cape Town, Kaap Agri acknowledged and awarded their top performing suppliers for supplying the highest quality products and outstanding service. The suppliers were identified using a unique rating system whereby Kaap Agri’s operations, shared services and supply chain team independently rated their suppliers per category on a scorecard. This ensures staff who deal with customers and suppliers on a daily basis, play a direct role in selecting the top performing suppliers. The scorecard comprises several performance elements including ethics, customer focus, value proposition and efficiency.

This year, Permoseal was one of 87 suppliers from 33 categories who were invited to this prestigious event. Permoseal won supplier of the year in the General Packing Material category, supplying Bostik hot melt products. “Permoseal has been put through the ultimate test over the last 2 years and we’ve been able to accelerate our performance through constant supply and delivering extraordinary service to Kaap Agri” says Garth Heidmann, Permoseal’s Industrial sales representative, “it is truly an honour to be acknowledged in this way, we thank Kaap Agri for their continued support and we are proud to be playing a role in helping them push past the impossible.”
