Create your own phone holder

Elevate your desk or nightstand with this clever DIY phone holder📱 crafted from basic scrap wood! Cut a base piece and an angled stand based on measurements (6 × 3.5 in base, 2 × 3.5 in stand with 45° cut). Use Bostik No More Nails to bond the stand onto the base about 2 inches from the bottom, then add two small wooden knobs as supports, leaving room for your charger cable. Let the adhesive set, then paint or stain as desired. In under an hour, you've made a stylish and functional stand that keeps your phone secure and accessible!  🪚

Instructions

Step 1: Prepare

Measure and cut out some pieces from the scrap wood:

  • one 6 in x 3.5 in for the base
  • one 2 in x 3.5 in for the stand, with one edge cut at a 45º angle
  • two small square knobs for the phone rest

Step 2: Make the base

Apply No More Nails on the angled portion of the stand and join it with the back of the base, about 2 inches from the bottom.

Step 3: Stick the knobs

Apply No More Nails on the knobs and stick them on the other side of the base, around 1.5 inches from the bottom, to make space for the charger cable.

Step 4: Use

You can opt to paint the phone holder or leave it rustic. Have fun with your new phone holder!
